No. My patterns are strictly as written patterns only. If pattern testers or I find something needs a photo to the written instruction, I will include a photo in the pattern where it seems needed. on the very rare occasion i do have a small video (such as a Tik Tok or Instagram reel) I will link in directly inside the pattern. 

I do not always provide my yarn brand and exact color used when creating patterns for other makers. I have a few reasons for this:

-Not everyone has the same views or beliefs and may disagree with a particular brand's practices. Which is completely fine! But, to avoid mixing personal opinions and beliefs with my business I do not disclose all branding information,.

-Sometimes yarn becomes discontinued.

-Sometimes I just used left over scraps from my stash that may no longer have a wrapper.

My patterns always include the yarn weight needed to complate the project. IF i am disclosing brand information, it will already be inside the pattern download.

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.If you wish to have the pom pom removed completely, I can absolutely make that accommodation for you. 

I do keep extra faux fur pom poms in my inventory. If there is a pom pom on another item in the shop that you would like, please send me a message. If I have the poms in stock, I'll be happy to switch out the pom pom.

If you would like to add extra poms poms to your order, I can create a listing (if needed) for you to do so.

Sometimes I do accept custom orders. Availably will depend on material availability and my current workload. Please send me an email at SheepishStitches@gmail.com with the details of your custom order request, and I will let you know if it's possible. Turnaround time of custom orders will be dependent on the type of item requested.

HAND KNIT WOOL ITEMS CARE

- Remove all poms by untying from the inside, and remove all faux suede labels by unscrewing before washing

- Hand wash cold with gentle detergent or wool wash, reshape your item to desired shape, and lay flat to air dry

- Do not put in washing machine or dryer. This will cause your items to felt or shrink.

-Reattach poms and labels once item has dried completely.

- Wool items will stretch over time. Washing the item as described above should restore original size of the item.

HAND CROCHET ACRYLIC ITEMS CARE

- Remove all poms by untying from the inside, and remove all faux suede labels by unscrewing before washing

- Hand wash cold with gentle detergent or wool wash, reshape your item to desired shape, and lay flat to air dry

-Reattach poms and labels once item has dried completely.

FAUX FUR POM POM CARE-

- Remove pom pom by untying.

- Fluff pom pom by holding pom by the strings and giving it a good shake.

- If it needs a little more, gently comb the fur and hit it with low heat from a hair dryer for about 15 seconds. Do not put the hair dryer too close or use the hair dryer for too long, it will melt the hairs of the pom. Never put faux fur pom poms in the dryer, this will also melt the hairs.

Returns

I do not accept returns or offer exchanges or refunds. Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions or concerns about your order, and we will work together to make it right.

Sheepish Stitches is under no circumstances responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier. Lost package claims are the responsibility of the buyer and can be filed via usps.com. I recommend having your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Packages shipped USPS Priority include insurance up to $50.

Additionally, please ensure the name and address provided is correct. If the package gets returned to Sheepish Stitches, the cost to re-ship the package will be the responsibility of the buyer.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are having second thoughts and would like to cancel your order, please contact me to cancel your order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your order. After 24 hours, no cancelations will be accepted!
