Refund policy
I do not accept returns on custom orders, personalized orders, or digital purchases. Every custom order is non-refundable and non-returnable. Once you have selected the colors you want for your item and your custom order listing is created the sale is final. There will be no substitutions, exchanges, or refunds. If you choose you want different colors after the supplies have been purchased and the product is complete you will be charged for a new listing.
I cannot and will not return any item that appears to be used or in any other condition than brand new! Seasonal items are also under discretion. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on holiday/seasonal items.
Once the item leaves the Sheepish Stitches headquarters, we unfortunately have no control over the item through shipping. We do our best to package items appropriately with cost effectiveness to the buyer in mind. Some items such as pom poms, stuffies/toys, etc. MAY need a bit of re-fluffing/shaping.
Sheepish Stitches is not responsible for packages shipping to incorrect addresses, buyer is fully responsible for inputting in the correct address and triple checking that it is correct before submitting the order. In the case that this does happen, buyer is responsible for paying the shipping back to Sheepish Stitches as well as the shipping to the customer’s correct address!
To start a return, you can contact us at sheepishstitches@gmail.com. IF your return is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs (to and from seller) and a 15% restocking fee, unless the error was mine and the wrong item was received. Items sent back or "refused at time of delivery" without first requesting a return will not be accepted! If your return is accepted the item must be back in the mail within 3 days! After the 3rd day the return window closes and the return will be void.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned! All wearable items will not be accepted for a return or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
